Gravity Dance Academy was found by professional dancer and performer Dani Blair. Having trained at the prestigious Tring Park Performing Arts and then furthering her Musical Theatre training at the well known Millennium Performing Arts Dani then went on to have a successful career in the Commercial dance industry. Dani always knew that having her own Performing Arts Academy was the end goal and so September 2017 Gravity Dance Academy was born!

The Body People
The Body People

The Body People started in 2010 with a few dance classes taught by Chloe Redmond. Over the years she qualified in Zumba®, Pilates, PT, Spin and, Post Natal Exercise. It wasn’t until she expanded and opened up classes in Box&Core, LBT and Baby Massage & Yoga with a small specialist team of instructors; that she rebranded to The Body People. We specialise in fitness, wellbeing and PT sessions that endeavour to provide you with quality, affordable and fun exercise in the community. Supporting your health, fitness and wellbeing journey so that you can achieve and maintain physical strength, stamina, flexibility, co ordination and confidence either in a 121 environment or amongst your friends and family within a group.

Pilates is a full body exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. It focuses on using the body in the most efficient way and helps to improve strength, mobility and balance. Pilates also engages the mind and can help to improve concentration and relieve stress.

Are you interested in Portuguese after school classes for your child? Does your child want to take the Portuguese GCSE Exam and/or the Portuguese A-Level's Exams? Classes to everyone interested in learning Portuguese from reception to year 13, every Monday at 4:00 pm and 5:45 pm.

We play friendly social games of basketball every Tuesday 19:00-21:00 and are searching for new players. We are looking for Adult male intermediate players between (18+) who have good ball handling and shooting skills, who can play fairly regularly once per week. Subs for each game is £6 to cover operating costs and court hire.
